Audio Visual Needs* Please mark all desired audio visual equipment you may need. We will inform you of what equipment is available for your event upon processing your request. All audio/video media items must be submitted to Rolling Hills a minimum of 10 business days prior to the event, for approval, processing and formatting for our equipment. Please note that some or all A/V equipment may not be available due to equipment/tech personnel availability and holiday schedules. **A fee of $75 will be charged per tech personnel needed to cover labor costs. The amount of techs needed will be determined based on the size and needs of your event. Please note that Rolling Hills does not provide audio/video content, slides, music, or musicians for events. *
