While often it feels like getting an answer other then, “Church was good” out of our littles is impossible, our hope is to help bridge that gap with specific and open ended questions to help you bridge the gap between what your child is learning at church and your conversations at home. These questions are based directly on what they talked about in small group and how the lesson relates to their formation each week.

Week 1 - Date

Ask This:

  1. What’s something fun you did with your friends at church?
  2. Did you help your friends with anything at church?
  3. What did Paul share with People everywhere he went?
Week 2 - Date

Ask This:

  1. What were you and the other kids talking about at church?
  2. What’s the best thing that happened at church?
  3. Who is God’s Good New for?



Week 3 - Date

Ask This:

  1. Did you do anything at church that you’d like to do at home?
  2. Who’s someone you talked with at church?
  3. Tell me all about God’s Good News.
Week 4 - Date

Ask This:

  1. What’s something you laughed about in church?
  2. Is there a song you liked in church?
  3. What are your favorite places to visit?
