In February 2024, the Elders announced during Vision Sunday that they had begun the process of updating the bylaws and would present them to the members of Rolling Hills Church at the appropriate time. These bylaws, which have not been updated since 1990, no longer fully reflect how we currently operate. Below, you will find a copy of the bylaws that were adopted by a unanimous simple majority vote by the members present on September 22, 2024.
