In February 2024, the Elders shared at Vision Sunday that they had began work on the new bylaws and would present to the members of Rolling Hills Church when the time was to come to share them in order to move forward with them. Rolling Hills bylaws have not been addressed or changed since 1990 and mostly how we have been operating is not fully within the current bylaws. Now is the time to visit them with the necessary changes that will help us lead into our future as a church. Below you will find a copy of the bylaws. Members will be requested to adopt the new bylaws at the All Church Meeting on September 22nd at 4p.
