Melissa grew up in Topeka, but moved to Manhattan to attend Manhattan Christian College and Kansas State University, where she received degrees in Bible Studies and Education. She worked as a Music Minister and Choir Director in Manhattan for many years before her family came to Topeka. She enjoys being a stay-at-home-mom to Isaiah , JoyAnne, and Gabriel, and also enjoys planning and leading the singing at RHCC, and creating the bulletins, newsletters, and computer visuals for service.
